Elderly people in old people’s homes were subjected to the most severe burdens, leading to premature death in depressing conditions. Under the pretext of protecting health, police-state repression began with an orgy of penal laws. People with a low social status had to suffer especially. Die neue Partei fordert die R\u00fccknahme der Notstandsgesetze. Diese Gesetze haben es der Regierung erm\u00f6glicht, ohne auf Widerstand in der Justiz zu sto\u00dfen, die Grundrechte au\u00dfer Kraft zu setzen. Es breiteten sich Denunziation, Bespitzelung und Unterdr\u00fcckung bis in die privatesten Bereiche aus. Alte Menschen in Altersheimen waren schwersten Belastungen ausgesetzt, die zu vorzeitigem Tod unter deprimierenden Bedingungen f\u00fchrten. Unter dem Vorwand des Gesundheitsschutzes setzte eine polizeistaatliche Repression mit einer Orgie an Strafgesetzen ein. Menschen mit niederem sozialen Status mussten besonders leiden. Zus\u00e4tzlich verlieren viele Menschen Arbeit und Einkommen. Diese Gesetze m\u00fcssen aufgehoben werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Damit so etwas nicht noch einmal vorkommen kann, fordert die Partei die Einrichtung eines Notparlamentes, das sofort seine Arbeit aufnimmt, wenn das alte Parlament einen Notstand ausruft. Es muss die Berechtigung dieser Ma\u00dfnahme \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen und sie sofort aufheben, wenn es zu anderen Schl\u00fcssen kommt oder die Arbeit fort f\u00fchren. Ein Parlament, das in unverantwortlicherweise ein Chaos herbei gef\u00fchrt hat, wird als nicht bef\u00e4higt betrachtet, aus diesem Zustand wieder heraus zu f\u00fchren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Das sind zwei Vorschl\u00e4ge, die man diskutieren sollte. Sie w\u00fcrden mithelfen, die kommenden schweren Zeiten durch gemeinsame Anstrengung zu \u00fcberstehen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
